1. All unclaimed art materials will be removed at the end of the swap and donated. If you drop materials off and want your unclaimed materials back, please return before the swap ends to pick them up.

2. No cash, checks, donations, purchases, or digital monetary transactions may be made or exchanged on the property. As this is a swap (not a sale), please only barter, trade, or give away items. 

3. Please consider making some or all of your items free in caring consideration of our community members that don't have anything to trade and still want to participate. 

New or gently used craft supplies including, but certainly not limited to:

MARK MAKING: inks, pencils, paints, pastels, brushes, erasers, chalks, markers, crayons, gel pens, charcoals

FIBER: yarn, fabric (fat quarter or larger, no old tshirts or jeans), thread, embroidery supplies, knitting needles/crochet hooks, thread, patterns, ribbon, quilting tools, dressmaking, sewing machines, sewing notions

TOOLS: scissors, glue guns, soldering irons, craft knives, hole punches, easels, photo equipment, pottery tools, rulers, hardware, glass cutters, machines, pliers, molds

SUBSTRATES: canvas, watercolor paper, drawing paper, scratch boards, panels, sketchbooks, scrapbook paper, wood bits, mats and frames

EXPENDABLES: glue, tape, butcher paper, cotton swabs, toothpicks, popsicle sticks, stickers, craft vinyl, resin

CRAFTS: beads, jewelry findings, containers, artificial flowers, foam, felt, wire, jewels

CERAMICS: tools, glazes, clay, unfinished bisque-fired pieces, slip molds

GLASS: colored glass, mosaic pieces, frit and powder, copper foil tape, lead came

BOOKS: art/craft instruction books, magazines, art books, coloring books, collage, and store bought crafting kits

If you can buy it at a big-box craft store, chances are it's a good fit!

If it cannot be used immediately and without rehabilitation as a crafting material, supply, or tool, please don't bring it.

• Please don't bring anything moldy, dirty, super heavy, smelly, non-functional, or in need of repair. We love the old, cool, vintage stuff, but if it isn't functional, please leave it at home. If it's dirty, please clean it before bringing it. If it's too heavy or large for the average person to carry by themselves, there's a good chance people won't be able to take it home with them, so don't bring it either. If a marker or paint is dried up or missing a cap, please just toss it instead of bringing it.

• This swap is not for antiques or curios, it's about usable crafting and art making materials and supplies.

• We do love fabric but we can't use your small scraps (less than a fat quarter), cut up t-shirts, old jeans, or stuffing from your sofa.

• We also ask that you leave the hazardous materials in your garage, including oil-based solvents, house paint, dry paint tubes, spray paint, stuff that is crazy heavy, your plutonium-pigment paint set, and so forth.
