Studio Usage and Class Atttendance Agreement

I do hereby release Clever Cucumber Creative LLC together with its employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and directors from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, claims and for causes of action, including but not limited to all bodily injuries and property damage arising out of participation in their classes, clubs, and workshops, it being specifically understood that said classes, clubs, and workshops include the use and operation by the undersigned participant of the schoolʼs tools, equipment, supplies, machinery, and space. Clever Cucumber Creative LLC reserves the right to finish, alter, dispose of, dismantle, give away, and/or sell any student projects left in the studio more than 30 days after the end of the class, workshop, boot camp, or open studio period the student started the project in, without notifying the student.
